Our mission is to create meaningful collaborations

ShiftWeb's Principles

ShiftWeb is building a team where we adhere to these principles.

We Practice Self-Compassion

We are not supporters of “hustle” culture. While working hard and staying dedicated to our professional goals are important, we don’t forget to be gentle with ourselves and to work on building a strong foundation of self-worth.

We Empower

We work from a position of Power With/To/Within. We collaborate to build collective strength. We acknowledge and respect everyone’s unique potential. We work from a place of power within ourselves to contribute to the highest common good.

We Strive To Learn

We strive to learn everyday so we can constantly improve our skills and craft. We embrace opportunities to grow. The goal is progress, not perfection. The goal is to be a better version of ourselves everyday. Growth never ends.

We Support Radical Vulnerability

We are human. Instead of hiding or denying our emotions, we embrace them and show up as our full selves while creating a safe space for others to do the same.

We Provide Clarity

Clear is kind. Keeping communication open with our team and with clients is key to success and harmonious relationships. We must be consistent in providing clarity and transparency.

We Adopt The Infinite Mindset

We must embrace the infinite mindset to build a stronger, more innovative, more inspiring organization.

Meet Our Team

We are based in Atlanta, GA, but we are proud to run 100% remotely with global team members.

Favorite Food: My mama’s cooking (Cambodian food)

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Taking long walks, riding my bike, playing outside, reading, learning, listening to music, and spending time with people I love

Favorite book(s): Too many to choose from! Currently reading and loving The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Rubin, Outlive by Peter Attia, How Emotions Are Made by Lisa Feldman Barrett, and Vagina Obscura by Rachel Gross. (Yes, I’m one of those people that read too many books at once. lol)

Random fact: It takes 1.3 seconds for the light from the Moon to reach Earth. It takes 8.2 minutes for the sun’s light to reach Earth. Many stars and galaxies are millions or billions of light years away. So, if a star is 10 million light-years away, that means it takes 10 million years for the light from that star to reach Earth. In other words, when we gaze into the night sky, we are peering into the far past of the universe.

Favorite Food: I love pepper steaks.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I enjoy spending time with friends and family in my free time.

Favorite book(s): The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Random fact: I began my professional journey as a credit analyst in a bank but later realized that my true passion lay in designing websites. Despite the security and stability that my banking job provided, I felt personally unfulfilled and made the decision to leave my job and pursue my dream of designing websites as a profession. The transition wasn’t easy, and I had to invest a significant amount of time and effort to learn new skills and gain experience in the field. However, I found the work to be incredibly rewarding, and I fell in love with the process of designing and building websites that reflected my clients’ brands and preferences.

Favorite Food: Anything with a burger bun, but a smoky BBQ chicken burger is my true love.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I don’t take vacations often, but when I do, I chase the hills, beaches, and quiet corners of the world. Nothing beats the sound of midnight waves while I’m stretched out on a beach bench, watching little boats blink across the sea. Solitude and scenery? That’s my recharge.

Favorite book(s): Rich Dad Poor Dad (Robert Kiyosaki), The Alchemist (Paulo Coelho), and The Happiness Trap (Russ Harris). A mix of money, magic, and mindfulness.

Random fact: Did you know music might change the taste of cheese? A Swiss cheesemaker named Beat Wampfler played Led Zeppelin and A Tribe Called Quest to his cheeses to test it out. Since then, I can’t resist blasting music when I order cheese pizza – because who knows, right?

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I love watching and trading the financial markets, especially Gold. It’s unpredictable, fascinating, and there’s always a new challenge waiting for me. Favorite book(s): I have to admit, I’m not much of a bookworm. But if I had to pick, I’d go with Five Feet Apart by Rachael Lippincott. It’s one of those rare reads that really tugs at your heartstrings and stays with you long after you’ve turned the last page ❤️

Random facts: An average person spends about 26 years of their life sleeping! That’s roughly one-third of our entire lives spent snoozing in bed! Time to invest in a really comfy mattress, I guess 🛏️😴
