Our mission is to foster meaningful collaborations
Our Principles
ShiftWeb is building a team where we adhere to these principles.
We Practice Self-Compassion
We are not supporters of “hustle” culture. While working hard and staying dedicated to our professional goals are important, we don’t forget to be gentle with ourselves and to work on building a strong foundation of self-worth.
We Empower
We work from a position of Power With/To/Within. We collaborate to build collective strength. We acknowledge and respect everyone’s unique potential. We work from a place of power within ourselves to contribute to the highest common good.
We Support Radical Vulnerability
We are human. Instead of hiding or denying our emotions, we embrace them and show up as our full selves while creating a safe space for others to do the same.
We Strive To Learn
We strive to learn everyday so we can constantly improve our skills and craft. We embrace opportunities to grow. The goal is progress, not perfection. The goal is to be a better version of ourselves everyday. Growth never ends.
We Provide Clarity
Clear is kind. Keeping communication open with our team and with clients is key to success and harmonious relationships. We must be consistent in providing clarity and transparency.
We Adopt The Infinite Mindset
We must embrace the infinite mindset to build a stronger, more innovative, more inspiring organization.
#morethanjustbusiness
As individuals, the goal is to be a better version of ourselves everyday. Why not have the same goals for your business?
Meet Our Team
We are based in Atlanta, GA, but we are proud to run 100% remotely with global team members.

Random fact: It takes 1.3 seconds for the light from the Moon to reach Earth. It takes 8.2 minutes for the sun’s light to reach Earth. Many stars and galaxies are millions or billions of light years away. So, if a star is 10 million light-years away, that means it takes 10 million years for the light from that star to reach Earth. In other words, when we gaze into the night sky, we are peering into the far past of the universe.

Random fact: I began my professional journey as a credit analyst in a bank but later realized that my true passion lay in designing websites. Despite the security and stability that my banking job provided, I felt personally unfulfilled and made the decision to leave my job and pursue my dream of designing websites as a profession. The transition wasn’t easy, and I had to invest a significant amount of time and effort to learn new skills and gain experience in the field. However, I found the work to be incredibly rewarding, and I fell in love with the process of designing and building websites that reflected my clients’ brands and preferences.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? I don’t take vacations very often, but when I do, I try to travel to the hills and spend time alone. I also enjoy listening to the sound of waves while sleeping alone on a beach bench at midnight. Small boats and ship lights emerge from the sea and blink in time with the waves. It’s so relaxing to enjoy all these moments alone!

Random fact: Once, a professor of mine told me a story about a unique cheesemaker from Switzerland called Beat Wampfler. He used to play songs from bands like Led Zeppelin and A Tribe Called Quest during his cheese production process. He has some sort of belief that music can change the taste of cheese at some point. And with the help of students from the University of the Arts in Bern, he’s studying to see if and how music can change the flavor of his cheese. After hearing this story, I often play music whenever I order some cheese pizza at home lol.
